BNI Grand Networkers
Grand Networkers is an Arizona chapter of BNI based in the Peoria area. Having said that, you don't need to live and/or work in Peoria to belong. We have members who come from west of Surprise (we call it "East LA"!!) and from the Cave Creek area. Many of us operate our businesses all over Phoenix, so geography is less important than quality, committed members.
Referrals not leads
Anyone who's been in insurance knows what a lead is - basically a name and contact info. Are they even looking for your service? Probably not. That's why we don't encourage the giving of "leads"in BNI.
"People do business with people they know, like and trust!"
This is what we base our referral giving on. These aren't "leads" these are recommendations to our friends, family and clients, that YOU are a person able to meet their needs and that WE recommend you! Referrals are already well sold on you before you ever pick up the phone!
Would some referrals help grow your business?
Firstly, we should ask, "Are you looking to grow your business?" If yes, then we're pretty sure referrals will help you grow. Who wouldn't want pre-sold referrals turing up wanting to buy? Last year (2019/20 - our BNI "year" runs from October to Spetember) our chapter alone passed referrals resulting in sales of nearly $600,000 - among a group of around 25 members!
You do the math as to the average seat value you could be missing out on.
Is BNI for everyone?
No! Some businesses or industries just don't fit the BNI model. And some applicants aren't accepted for a number of different reasons. We want quality, committed business people who are actively looking to grow their businesses and help other members grow theirs. BNI's motto is "Giver's gain" and we are proud to promote this in Grand Networkers.

Great question! Come to one of our Zoom meetings and experience BNI for yourself, no obligations. Visitors may attend twice before we ask you to make a decision - is BNI for you?
If yes, and your spot is not already filled, you will be invited to submit an application, which will be reviewed by the membership committee. Upon acceptance, you will be inducted into the chapter and you can begin to enjoy the many benefits exclusive to BNI members!
